Claims service as it should be

A claim form and estimate was sent to an insurer on the 20th November, for a client’s stolen bike.  Two days later the insurer asked how the client would like to receive settlement and today, the 24th November, the cheque arrives!! 

The client is very local so we’ll hand deliver this to him at home. We’ve also thanked the insurers who responded; “it would have been even quicker by BACS!”  Quite – well done Home and Legacy – an excellent example of superb claims service and an endorsement of the “you get what you pay for” mantra, which applies as much to insurance as anything else!
